RSTP and forcing port blocks?

Í've a network with multiple RSTP ring's.

How can I force the core switch to block a certain port? I don't want the RSTP protocol to choose the blocking port,because the ring can be unstable.

CLI:

hp-switch(config#SPANNING-TREE PROTOCOL-VERSION RSTP
