I have bcm50 (nortel networks protuct) with call center install also the there is reporting for call center. The database of the report are downloaded from bcm50 and is in store on Microsoft sql server 2005 when i am try to print report for call center I have this message rsreportserverdisable idont have experience on sql database.

Is this a Reporting Services report? That's my guess.
If so, you need to ask over here:
