RSM 3.0 Group Settings

Hello - my first post here.

We are utilizing RSM and have numerous groups. We are experiencing that some of the RSM settings will change (at the terminals) when our systems reboot/EOD runs. This is effecting peripherals such as MSR's, cash drawers, etc. It does not occur ever day or the same terminals.

Would anyone else here have experience with Radiant RSM?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
