I have recently installed RSI call accounting software. IT does well with inbound and outbound call tracking, but I am looking to get the software to track what each of our receptionists are doing in call volume.
In the call record database, there are no entries for ATTN01, 02 ,etc.
I'm just wondering what any of you RSI users out there have done to remedy this situation.
