RSD COPY help required

OK now I need help. (must be having a brain cramp). Trying to use RSD copy feature. SW Rel T38.8.3 commands not recognized by SX2000. My ipconfig is good on 2k and FTP server. Can't find anything at MOL or here to figure out what I'm missing. Any help out there?

Do you have an IP Address assigned to the MC-3E card?

My fading recollection is you need an IP address on the PBX and a laptop or desktop computer set up as an FTP server with an ip address on the same subnet as the SX2K. You also need to specify the username & ftp password so the SX2K can log in to the FTP server. If none of this has been set on the SX2K then after doing so you will need to reset that plane before the IP config settings become active.

Someone else may be more help on this

The command is RSD copy to net and give it a file name, such as "backup" where the command would be RSD COPY TO NET BACKUP

It isn't supported in T steam. You need to be U03.9

I knew that GX5K. Maybe getting too old for this stuff.
