RSA Client on CM and Unity Servers

Hi,
We use an RSA server and install clients on our servers so each time I want want to remotly access these servers I must use my TOKEN that authenticates on the RSA server...

Would this apply aswell to the CM and Unity servers we are thinking of purchasing?

What kind of security does Cisco claim as best practises for these boxes to protect them from curious users behind our LAN?
