RS232 and IP adapter on Nupoint

I am trying to connect a Nupoint to a IP-to-serial adapter, but am unable to get it to work.

I think I have everything setup right, but does anyone know where I can find docs on how to set it up?

It is a precidia, single port.

I am trying to do the pms integration.

Figured it out. Problem was a bad precidia.
