RS - Report preview not updating after layout change 1

New to SSRS here...I am modifying 3rd party reports using BIDS 2005. The issue is that layout changes are not always reflected during the preview. Simple changes such as changing text color or adding underlines are not showing

The data sources are correct and I can successfully deploy them. Is there a preference I am missing?

You need to REFRESH the report rather than just running it otherwise you just get a pre cached copy of what has already run
