RRAS VPN

I have a SBS W2K3 server and trying to setup a VPN connection for a remote site.
The server contains only one NIC.

Going though all the setting the INTERNAL interface under IP ROUTING/ General section does not have an IP address and is administratively UNKNOWN. Where can I go set the IP address.
