RRAS not allowing outgoing ftp access

I have a SBS 2k3 sever (standard) and is configured using basic firewall NAT (RRAS) it works fine with the exception that it does not allow us to upload our files to the home office FTP server. It allows us to log on to the server but it hangs up when trying to upload the file.

Any Ideas?
