RRAS: Error 678 on Dial-up, Error 619 on VPN

I've got a Windows 2000 Server with RRAS setup.

When I try to dial into 1 of my 2 modems, I get a Error 678. When I try to connect to the VPN I get an error 619.

Nothing seems to be turning up in the Event Logs.

Any thoughts?
