RRAS Drops connections W2K

I have a single BT phone number with 3 lines on it. Connected to 3 modems on a W2K server running RRAS.
The problem is that 9 times out of ten the first dial up get on no problem but as soon as the second client tries to connect the first line is dropped.
Any ideas ???

BT as in British Telecom? I'm not sure what your wiring is like over there but here in the states I'd be looking for sub-standard wiring in the building or something else causing line noise or cross talk.
