I would like to create some kind of Self Installing EXE that would create the DialUp connections for my users.

Does anyone know of a piece of software that will do this??

There is a app called QCONNECT (I think). You can use QCONNECT in a batch file to connect to the Internet via the DUN (dialup networking) but you must have the DUN already installed. New Zealand, a great place to visit.
