RPS2300 maximum number of backed up ports?

What is the maximum number of RPS2300 backed up ports when both PSU's are in use? I mean it has 6 DC output ports, but are they all usable? What happens if one of the RPS2300 PSU's die?
Where is it possible to configure the priority of DC ports of RPS2300?
