RPCServ at 100% on SecurityShield

I have just installed SecurityShield 1.0 on our proxy server, everything looks OK but the service RPCServ.exe is running at 100% CPU, can anyone help of give me a fix to this problem.

Found that RPCSrv.exe is that same file used in GroupShield 6.0 and 6.1, both these products had the same problem with RPCSrv.exe. I'm now looking for the hotfix that fixed these problems.
