RPC vs RDc /console

I am currently having a problem with one account that can log into TS using MSTSC but after that we get this error:

"ERROR
The device is not ready.
This working directory is invalid: d:\PROGRA~1\$%$%
Please consult help for more information

Click "OK" "Cancel"
"

But when this account logs in using MSTSC /console we do not get this error.
