RPC Stub and Internet Explorer

Help

Whenever I try to print from Outlook Express I recieve the following Internet Explorer Script Error:

Line 228
Char: 1
Error: Incompatible version of the RPC stub
Code: 0
URL: res//C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg

Clicking on either YES or NO to run scripts on this page produce no results.

I have been to

http://www.dll-files.com

web page and attempted to download a copy of the scdoclc.dll but am unable to download the file.

Additionally, copying the shdoclc.dll file from anyother PC into my Windows/System directory has given me the same Script Error.

Can anyone help?

It seems to suggest that the solution is to replace a file called dispex.dll.
