RPC Server unavaiable

HI Team,
I have a windows 2003 enterprise server and citrix PS 4.5 is also installed on it.
But after some time say about 2 -3 days it gives error message RPC server unavailable,the setting of RPC (Remote Procedure call) is set as resatrt the host if it fails but my server never rebooted whenever we get the error message.this shows that RPC service is fine but it dependent service is falling.one of the dependent service is of SAP application.
can anyone help me regarding this.

RPC service failures are usually associated with;

- Networking related issues
- Firewalls
- Resource issues

I am not understanding your comment that the RPC service is working but its dependency on SAP is failing?

Start by checking the system and application event logs

I have made the recovery setting of the RPC service as restart the host whenever RPC service fails as reboot of the host is not happening that why i came to conclusion that RPC service is not failing but its one of the dependent service is failing.
