Hello to anyone who can help.
I have a parent domain with exchange 2003 backend server and a frontend server (also running a separate DC). RPC over HTTPs is successful. I have recently added a child domain with a DC and Exchange 2003 backend installlation (on one machine) a a frontend exchange server. all servers patched and service packed etc and configured with RPC proxy settings. the child domain exchange servers are part of the parent exchange administrative domain. I can connect to mailboxes on the child exchange backend server via OWA but cannot connect to the server from the frontend. the firewall has been configured to allow all traffic through but i just get HTTP 500 errors.
do i need to give the child domain administrator permissions to somethings in the parent domain and vice versa? any help much appreciated.
thanks.
Steve
