I have implemented rpc over http with a front end/ back end server configuration. I have installed Certificate services on another server and created a cert for SSL. When I try to access through the client (after installing the cert in the trusted root ca store of the client), Outlook fails to resolve the name for a period of time. I am not sure how long the period of time is because I tried from home before work and failed, when I got home that evening it worked without any problem at all. Does anyone know if I missed something? I have Windows 2003 servers w)sp1 and Exchange 2003 w)sp1 all around. I am new to CA services, so I'm not sure if that is where I messed up...
