RPC over HTTP w/ NTLM

I have been trying to configure my RPC to use NTLM but to no success. I
works if I choose basic authentication but with NTLM it will keep asking me
for my password over and over again and never connect. I am almost certain
the IIS server configured correctly because the NTLM works inside the company
but not from outside. Any suggest would be great. Thanks.
