Been running with this fine for the past 4-5 months and all of a sudden, users cannot connect. Brought the proxy server onto the LAN, eliminating the firewall and still getting the same problem. When running outlook /rpcdiag, directory is connecting fine via https but Mail will only connect via TCP (both fast & slow networks are set to connect via http in the client config). OWA works fine, which indicates to me that SSL is operating as it should. Setup is as follows:

Exchange 2003 SP1 Backend cluster
Exchange 2003 SP1 RPC Proxy Server
Outlook 2003 Clients running on Windows XP Pro SP1 (331320 patch applied)

Both servers are on our internal LAN until I can resolve this. I've scoured the net looking for a solution and have checked & double checked registry entries. Please help because this is doing my head in!!!

Many thanks

Neil
