RPC / HTTPs Outlook

I have exchange 2003 it is configured to be a backend proxy, I have configured the ports as advised in many different websites.
IIS is configured and works for OWA and uses a sll certificatre so does rpc

I have an isa2004 firewall it is configured to allow rpc http as of many different websites.

When I setup my outlook client from a remote site it asks for my username\password, accepts it and updates the correct server and user details!

But

When I log into exchange it gives the message 'Exchange server unavailable'

I have used RPCDUMP and have got the following errors:
ncacn_http(Connection-oriented TCP/IP using Microsoft Internet Information Server as HTTP proxy.)

Any ideas what I need to do to get it to work?

Best thing to do is set up a machine that is local to the server to connect over http/rpc. If that works then look at your ISA again.
