RPC Error

I have a Win 2003 64bit Terminal Server and users including myself at time get an error "RPC Server Unavailable". I have looks through event logs and nothing sticks out, any suggestions?

Typically I have seen this error whenever there is;

1. A firewall issue blocking access
2. A resource issue causing TS to fail

Correct but neither is the case. I have discovered it might be a DNS issue as one of my DNS servers isn't working correctly so I changed them on the NIC and we will see.
