I know this is more of a software forum but could not find the HP hardware forum.

Quick question that someone may have dealt with.

We have an RP3440 with Qty 2 PA8900-800mhz dual core processors and are looking to upgrade to the PA8900-1GHZ dual core processors. The question which I have yet to find the answer to is if we will need licenses to do the upgrade?
