How do you do row level security through Enterprise 9 without a third party add on? I have a processor extension call SecureView, but I can not find any documentation on how to use it.

Row level security is generally best handled by the database so that you have a single point of administration for all applications.

I've never heard of Secureview, what is it?

Processing Extensions are either developed in-house or purchased. My guess is that you purchased this one or it was included with some other third-party software. Do you know the vendor?

For documentation on Processing Extensions, check out the following white papers from Crystal Decisions:

It was designed for our company by the vender, but apparently without any real documentation. It allows row level security based on a DB we set up in Enterprise.

Your only option is to contact the vendor. Sorry...
