Row Height Issue

I'm having trouble with a row height issue. I have a table with 4 rows and 3 columns. The middle column is going to hold text and is row spanned through all 4 rows. I would like the first 3 rows to be static heights that I have specified in my code. I would like the bottom row to accomodate the height of the text (height=*), basic saying let row 4 take up all the extra slack in the height.

Right now the extra height is being spread out among all 4 rows which is making the images on the sides look like crap. The pages is at:

I cannot access the URL as well, though I could do it briefly yesterday. I would say you're relying too much on the table to display a non-tabular data. My suggestion is, you keep the three column table (if you really cannot go to full css layout) and make it just one row. Left and right columns will be aligned to top, which will ensure they stay at the top and middle will work as a content area. You would populate left and right with <img>s displayed as blocks and preferably styled <li>s for your menu. Hope it makes sense.
