Hi,
When parsing my document through W3C, I get errors telling me that I've not specified cols & rows in the textarea. This is true, but, I have set the attributes in the css for the textarea. Do I just put in... rows="SOMENUM" COLS="SOMENUM" AND LET THE CSS HANDLE THE REAL VALUES?

Anybody have the solution?

Having rows and cols is almost a "backup" to the CSS solution, as the CSS solution will let you have an almost pixel-perfect solution. For browsers that don't support the textarea CSS, they will use the rows and cols values to fall back on.... So it's always good to get a rough approximation using rows and cols, and then get it looking right using CSS.

Hope this helps,
Dan

Thanks, Dan...
I suspected what you proposed, but was not sure... Thank you for the excellent retort.
