We have incorporated a 'Cross-tab' component in one of our Crystal Reports and have selected the fields on which to group (and summarise) our data. The titles on the rows and columns display the field titles we are grouping on (for instance DepartmentID and PaymentID) - ideally we need to show the appropriate descriptions against these fields. I have attempted to link tables to the fields used in the 'cross-tab' groupings but have been unsuccessful in incorporating these into the row/column headers for the cross-tab. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or suggest a work-around to this ?
Thanks in advance.
Steve

A column heading will be the value of the field used. You probably want to write a formula that incorporates the fields you need in the heading, and then use the formula as the row/column field in the cross-tab object. Ken Hamady
