Typically individual entries would be associated with different FRL (restriction levels) as associated with a given NCOS. As an example, Entry 0 might give access to route "x" for users with an NCOS of 3 while Entry 1 could provide access to the same route for users with a NCOS level of 5 thus providing access to the same route for user groups with different access restriction levels.
When establishing an ESN data block for use with NARS/BARS, one of the steps would be to associate NCOS levels to FRLs.
0 for no access, 1 for less restriction and so on.
Having the same route but differnt entey could also be required when using indirect access- are the DMI`s the same. Do you insert an access code in one of the routes for cheaper calls??
