In the below what do the stars (*) mean for Loop 4 I know this is the TIE
Line to he other office, can someone tell me if this looks a little congested.
If so, what do u recommend? Option 11
Would NCOS and TGAR place a role in this situation, last week we had user complaining that
they were unable to make outgoing calls and were getting a fast busy.

can't help with the *, but your about half busy onthat tie route.. ncos and tgar are determined in load 90 and 86, 86.. what number are you dialing to reach the far end? look up that stearing code in 86, that will point to a rlb, the rlb points to route and assigns a frl, that will decide the ncos. the truinks tgar will determine the targ for the station.. if you have a detailed question about a number or route, i'll help you find it
