Routing with phone number prompt and SQL validation

Hi,

Clients complaint alots about our menu and we want to make intelligent routing, Client here are associated to an agent

Look what I want to do, Is it possible ?

-Client enter home phone number
-Number is use to do a select into a client SQL database where the phone number are associate with the right agent.

Any Idea ?

Should be possible via HDX scripting.
 
Also known as Data Integration. Need to setup on CCMS and in script. Works!
