Routing with AIX 4.3....

I have a problem. I have to route across a dialup ras session on a 2000 win box so that users can print to a IP printer with AIX 4.3 on the dialup portion of the network. I do not have routers to simplify the task at hand. The main network is private @ 192.168.168.XXX (255.255.255.0) while the dialup RAS side is @ 192.168.1.0 (255.255.255.254). Is there any way I can make AIX route across such a connection?

i did not catch the idea - which is router and who wants to print where - AIX box WIN2k box or IP Printer and who is calling whom
