Routing WAN IP's with Win 2003

Hi,

I have a Windows 2003 server that serves as the DHCP and RRAS server for my wireless network. What I would like to do is assign static WAN IP addresses to the clients. So far I have not been able to get it working thru NAT. Anyone know if this is being done or has been done?

Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.
