Routing to the database

Hi

I need to connect to the database using a following pattern:

----------- ------------- --------------------
My Computer----> Proxy?? --> Oracle Database-
----------- ------------- --------------------

Now can anybody tell me what should I set in proxy computer to let me connect like above (Listener in net manager or maybe some settings in oracle names servers??)
