Has anyone programmed a system to recognize the incoming call and route it to a specific auto attendant? The customer wants all calls from Germany routed to an Auto Attendant whose prompts are spoken in German. Thanks!!

Voicemail Pro Version 2.0 (been playing with it recently) has a standard feature which routes calls based on the incoming CLI no. As long as caller does not withhold their no you are in business.

In you incoming routing you could specify the CLI off the calls from Germany.

For example: In the incoming route you will need to put the DDI digits you are getting from the telecom carrier
(Note you will already have this the difference is you will add another one with a CLI match to route the German callers)

Under Incoming CLI you will need to put the digits for Germans country code. (Look at your phone manager next time some one calls you from Germany to see what the CLI digits are)

You would then route this to a voice mail short code called say GermanAA. This of course would all be in German.

The help file in manager under incoming call routes describes this in more detail
