I have a customer with a Merlin Legend R6.0, in QCC Mode, that when night service is turned on, the calls coming in on the T1 do not go to the Auto-attendant rather they get picked up with "your call is being transfered" and then they ring the operator indefinitely. The Operator extension is 200. I tried having the provider change the dnis to 200 on incoming calls across the T1, but that didn't work. Is there a way to get T1 calls to cover to voicemail in a QCC environment with an Intuity Audix? any help is greatly appreciated.
