I have a newly installed Bcm 50 software version 6.0.2.05.237. It appears that the routing service is not working. From callpilot manager I try to call my phone which is external to try to record some greetings and everything goes out the normal route which is 0. In routing service I have route 1 pri and route 0 as overflow which are co's. If I put the pri to the normal route then it goes out. Does anyone know of any issues with routing service in this release of software. If not are there some things I can check. I have it set to auto and I changed my times from 1:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. which is a 24 hour cycle.

Thanks!!

Hmmmmm ...
That only leaves us to assume its a configuration issue.

Does the set you are testing with have access to both pool groups?

Are all of the lines and sets configured for the same control set?

Does the control set display *SERVICES ON?

When the call goes out the Normal schedule, do you get the warning tone and expensive route display?

I have to ask some stupid questions too ...
Have you double checked your Des Code to make sure it is pointing at the correct schedule?
Double checked the control set config for lines and sets?
(both lines and sets are required to be under the same control set)
Nortel released some 50r3.0 patches on 7/29.
Have you installed those?
I would suggest installing the new Core at a minimum.

Sd thanks it was the application dn of 5000 which I was using to make the call. It had the wrong control set assigned to it. That's why it was going out the normal route.
