I am having an issue dialing a specific NPA-NXX and I cant figure out where it is being blocked.

LD 90 print looks good for the NPA and I can call other NPA-NXX's in that area code.

NPA 1912
RLI 1
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

If I dial 1912267XXXX the call routes fine but 1912562XXXX I immediately get fast busy and release and try again message on the phone.

Not sure what i am missing but this looks good RLI 1 point to route 10 which is my LD trunks

Dial the number using the ACOD of your trunk group on an unrestricted set (TGAR = 0 and UNR in class). To get the ACOD, print the RDB of your route 10.

If you can dial it using the ACOD then something is wrong in your BARS. If you can't dial it this way, then it's something with the telco. The other advantage to this method is that you may hear the telco error messages associated with the problem.

you can also turn on your DCH messages. If you see an Outgoing setup message and an incoming reject, chances are telco blocking.

One thing you might check though is DSEL prompt in route. If call is to a 3.1k device and DSEL is VCE, call will be blocked.

Try changing DSEL to 3vce

I would still check to see what DMI 2 is doing first.

1912267XXXX the call routes fine but 1912562XXXX
that statement would remove the dmi issue in most switches.. i can;t add a dmi that blocks past the fourth digit..
Code:
NPA 1912
RLI 1
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

with nothing added as an allow or deny, the block is from the provider.. when in doubt i dial the acod plus the number.
