Routing question (iptables NAT)

I have one linux router with two interfaces ppp0 and fr0
the default route is from the ppp interface...

How can I do it with (NAT MASQUERADING) to select one IP address,or a subnet not to go by the default route ppp0 but from the frame relay interface fr0
