This should be simple but I can't find an example. I want to connect a remote location using two routers connected over their ethernet ports (not T1)using a 4mb fiber link put in place by our local utility. Is this as simple as numbering the interfaces and statically routing over the link? I know I will need NAT for the private side and have done this numerous times using T1's but not just straight ethernet ports. Each router has two ethernet ports. Do I need PPP protocol or no encapsulation? Using Adtran 3305's which have their own flavor of IOS and use Cisco command set. Public side is getting internet traffic through core switch. Can supply drawing if I'm not being clear.

Thanks,
Don

You are correct about everything.Very simple setup no PPP or such.Just ethernet with a point to point configuration. If you have any problem post back.
