Could someone help me configure a 5520 with rip ver 2
I have three vlans :
192.168.0.xxx /gw=254 Management vlan 4
192.168.1.xxx /gw=254 Voice vlan 3
172.16.10.xxx /gw=254 Private vlan 10
All subnet mask /24
This switch is up and running with traffic on.
This switch is my business core to 5520 edge switch via MLT link.
My "I2004" phone are plug into my edge switch witch ADAC enable / LLDP enable.

I tried once before and failed.
My layer 3 router "Cisco 3620" failed when I was on the road. The port to this router was a tag vlan
My DHCP server is on Managment vlan
I know I need dhcp-helper to get to vlan 4
My voice vlan has my VMG card and my Signal Server
I do little to no voice routing from Private to Voice or Management to Voice.
The last piece to the puzzle is access to the internet thru a policy controled Pfsense firewall on different network 192.168.10.1 and 192.168.10.2 /30
No internet access yet.

Any help please????

Use static routes instead of RIP.

Even though the 5520 is Layer-3, it doesn't support RIP without the advanced licence.

(This might fool those of us who are used to having RIP on our Layer-3 Cisco switches with only the basic software image).
