Routing network traffic down VPN tunnel

I am trying to set up for a demo on a client site, where I need 4 servers running integrated applications to be connected on a local network, but also each needs the ability to access a back-office server through a VPN tunnel.

If I use a fifth server configured with the AT&T Global Network Client and connected to an ISP, is it possible to configure the routing on that server to send local traffic from the other servers down the tunnel.

I have tried several different approaches and am beginning to believe the AT&T client does not allow traffic sourced from anywhere other than that server.

The demo does not warrant the expense of setting up a 'proper' VPN installation and the client would consider that invasive.
