I am attempting to route LD calls from Cisco AVID to Nortel OPT 81 through Tie lines and then out ATT LD trunks. I can make a LD call from Cisco and it hits the operator on the Nortel.Any suggestions would be a great help.
make sure the route in the cisco is inserting the 9 back in, or on the meridian end put the 9 in.. idc table incoming digit 1 outgoing 91.... also check in the nortel, the route from the ccm, the ncos has to be high enough to make the call, and the targ on the routes can NOT match, the default for that is 1.. do a change and x1..if that don't fix it go to 96 and do a enl msgi x on the d, try another call and post the screen...just did the same thing, out 864 calls go to the ccm, then to another off brand tdm, the thru ties to the 864 area code, then out to pstn as a local call.. saves the 2 sites thousands on the monthly.. cost me even more grey hair
