Customer wants all area codes, 9+xxx+555-1212, information calls to forward to an 800 number. All area codes built as NPA's not SPN's or could implement ARRN to send these calls to a new route to do the DMI. What is the best way to handle this. I'm thiking the only way is with FCAS tables. Please help.
 
I would Deny 555-1212 on every NPA, force the use of 411, SPN 411 to the Toll-Free.

You could also use LDID on every NPA to recognize 555-1212, and replace the destination with your 800 #.
