Has anyone configured this to route the incoming call on SIP to specific DID number ? Have been trying to set up however when tried calling the DID number it straight away rings the main number... I have configured the one SIP URI for incoming and outgoing line ID with Internal data in all those first 3 fields registeration thru the pilot number. Any ideas....

Create 2 URI's.

First URI.
Fill out the Local, Contact, and Diplay Name fields with either the number you want everyone to outpulse or select "Use User Data" if you want to control the outbound number via handset.

Via:NONE
Local URI: 9545551212
Contact: 9545551212
Display Name:9545551212

Registration: ***Select registration you set up***
Incoming Group: 10
Outgoing Group:10
Max Calls per Channel:20

2nd URI.
Create a wild card so you can control the incoming numbers via "Incoming Call Routes". Fill out the Local, Contact, and Diplay Name fields with a * for the Wild Card. You can now enter all your incoming numbers into the "Incoming Call Routes" and add your destinations.

Via:NONE
Local URI: *
Contact: *
Display Name:*

Registration: ***Select registration you set up***
Incomming Group: 10
Outgoing Group:10
Max Calls per Channel:20

@Conigliaro I tried the settings as you metioned above. It still rings the main number.

Configured 2 SIP URI

First URI

Via :- It automatically takes IPO IP add
Local URI:- Pilot Number
Contact:- Pilot number
Display name :- Pilot number
PAI:- None
Registration:- Selected the number for which the SIP line is registered
Incoming Group:- 10
Outgoing Group:- 10
Max Channels:- 10

2nd URI

Via:- It automatically selects IPO IP add
Local URI:- *
Contact:- *
Display Name:- *
Registration :- No: for which the SIP line is registered
Incoming Group:- 10
Outgoing Group:- 10
Max Channels:- 10

Then i configured the incoming call route for each DID numbers with respecitive destination.

Tried calling specific DID straight away rings the main number.
Please correct me if i have made any wrong config. Thanks a lot for you help so far.

@cruzades
the ICR config is as below:-

1)
Bearer Capability : Any Voice
Line Group ID : 10
Incoming number :- Main number
Destination :- one of the Extension(100)

2)
Bearer Capability : Any Voice
Line Group ID : 10
Incoming number :- 1st DID number
Destination :- one of the Extension(101)

3)
Bearer Capability : Any Voice
Line Group ID : 10
Incoming number :- 2nd DID number
Destination :- one of the Extension(102)

One URI:
Via:NONE
Local URI: *
Contact: 9545551212
Display Name:9545551212
Registration: ***Select registration you set up***
Incoming Group: 10
Outgoing Group:10
Max Calls per Channel:20

A simple mind delivers great solutions

change the incomming group id of the DID you want the call to get in:

e.g.

Main = Outgoing group = 10, Incoming group = 10
DID (special) = Outgoing group = 10, Incomming group = 9

In your ICR,
DID (special) use the Incomming group you've assigned (e.g. 9)

@cruzades,,,no luck with previous config...still rings the main number... Wonder wats wrong ....any clue would be much appreciated ...

first things first - post a sip trace of the call invite attempt.
The provider might just be sending you
invite: <sip:user_name@ip.com> which means you will never be able to distinguish between different DDIs. You need them to change it to
invite:<sip:DDI_Number@ip.com> or else you will have to create mulitple sip accounts and basically route the DDI to different users on the provider side.

On your second URI, you want to select the registration. I see you have selected none.
