I have a customer who wants there mainline DDI number to be routed to to phones and then onto v/m if the call isn't answered after so many rings. Also they want to play an out of hours message on this number when the office is closed.
At the moment I have the target line pointing to a hunt group with the 2 extensions as members. If both these phones are busy then any incoming calls continue to ring them till they become free.
A colleage has suggested setting up the Auto-Attendant but from reading the manual the Auto-attendant wants to play an announcement first, which the customer doesn't want.
As for the out of hours message, I know I have to recorded the message and then set-up a greeting table but from there I'm not sure how I only get this message to play on the main line DDI number.
