I have remotes stores (X) that connect via ISDN to the companies headquarters. They then need to access the network on another remote site (Y) which is linked via a lease line to the headquarters.
I can ping the stores (X) from the destination site (Y) successfully.
When trying to ping from the stores (X) to the destination site (Y) it fails. The traceroute stops at the headquarters router on the near side of the leased line. This router knows the route to the final destination as you can ping it from the router.
The network uses EIGRP. There are no access control lists to block this traffic on any router.
It appears as if the router does not route the packets from the token ring side to the leased line serial interface?
