Hello, we are currently replacing an SL1 that was previously linked via tie lines to a CS1000 and using 4-digit dialing between the two. Each location has it's own set of PRI's. We have been able to reestablish the 4 digit dialing between locations. My issue is that we have a handfull of DID's that land on the CS1000 while the extensions are at the new Mitel location. We can reach the extensions via 4 digits from the CS100 location, but cannot complete the call when dialing the 7 digit DID. I have fumbled around the past few years doing basic adds moves and changes, but have never had to reconfigure any routes. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

So question would be how are you routing the 4 digit DN's to the Mitel. You can print DNB in LD 20 for the 4 digit DN's to find out what they are. Probably going to find that they are DSC or TSC. When you say you can't reach by dialing the 7 digit DDI, do you mean AC1+7 digits? or just dialing 7 digits? or when you are dialing in from the PSTn its not routing over?
