Routing Codes PRI

I installed a T1 card and clocking card. I am waiting for my keycode, in the meantime I am trying to program the routes so route 001 would access pri-a but it only gives me pool a,b,c etc no pri a or b is that because the keycode hasn't been inputted?

Thanks, just wanted to make sure it wasn't a software issue I'm running 7.0. The only problem I've come across is that fair last four digits of their numbers seem to start with nines. so I can't use nine as a destination code, anyway around that?

Asking the carrier to send whatever digits that do not interfere just make things so much easier so ask for 7.

Assuming you think or they are sending 4 that is.....just because they start with 9XXXX does not mean they are sending 4 so check with carrier.
